ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Our firm is engaged in the handling and representation of parties involved in very significant commercial deals on a day-to-day basis.

When we handle such deals, we base our work on the assumption that the efficiency and speed we employ in addressing our clients’ needs are no less important than creative thinking.

Our firm is also aware of the fact that signing an agreement is often only the beginning of relations between the parties, which is why the manner in which a deal proceeds may occasionally exert a direct effect on its successful completion.

Besides an uncompromising insistence on the issues our clients consider important, we also believe in the importance of a keen understanding of the other party’s interests and sensitivities. Our extensive experience has also shown us that maintaining relations based on a sense of respect for and an understanding of the other party is very conducive towards completing the deal and attaining its objectives as well as for maintaining a well-functioning and beneficial relationship between the parties after the deal’s conclusion.

Our handling of such deals also allows us to manifest our extensive experience in managing litigation proceedings which, in turn, allows us to provide a correct, thorough, and perspicacious handling of various scenarios during the deal proceedings.
