PROFILE

Adv. Zatorski joined the firm as an attorney in 2010 and is currently a partner.

He specializes in litigation in general, and in commercial and administrative litigation (primarily appeals to the High Court of Justice and to Administrative Courts pertaining to tenders) as well as in insolvency proceedings in particular conducted in all judicial instances.

He handles a wide variety of clients, and, among others, represents and has represented Israeli government bodies and local authorities, as well as many companies in the retail, cellular communications, advertising, nursing, insurance, tobacco, Tel Aviv nightlife and other sectors, in addition to physicians, attorneys, engineers, appraisers, entrepreneurs, farmers, and many others.

The prominent cases Adv. Zatorski is handling and has recently handled include a 1.8 billion NIS lawsuit against directors on the grounds of a forbidden dividend allocation; a lawsuit valued at tens of millions of NIS pertaining to the financial collapse of the Ha’Po’el Tel Aviv soccer team; a petition seeking to impose personal liability for company debts valued at tens of millions of NIS on former directors on account of their alleged negligence leading to the company’s collapse; an administrative appeal against the Israeli Ministry of Defense pertaining to a tender valued at hundreds of millions of NIS; a number of class-action proceedings valued at a total of hundreds of millions of NIS, and a 16 million NIS lawsuit against a law firm alleging that the firm was negligent in its formulation of a prospectus.

In addition, and as of several years ago, Adv. Zatorski also serves as a military prosecutor in the IDF reserve forces.
